Getting started is easy.

	You should consider the funds' investment objectives, risks and charges and expenses carefully before investing or sending money. This and other important information about the investment company can be found in the funds' prospectus. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing. You may also request a prospectus directly from the Web site.
	Download or request a new account application by calling 877-40-GRUBB or 877-404-7822.
	Complete the application.
	Make your check for the minimum initial investment of $2,000 or more payable to Grubb & Ellis AGA Mutual Funds or make arrangements for a wire transfer by calling 877-404-7822.
